    MOL Group's UPPP international talent acquisition program program has been recognized at the “Hipnozis” Awards. The program won golden award in the category of event and bronze award in the category of teaser video. Hipnozis is a creative competition for the advertising business that had its first edition 20 years ago. As the official partner of the international Epica Awards, Hipnozis is on the M list.

    MOL Group's UPPP international talent acquisition program program has been recognized at the Communicator Awards. The program won silver award in the category of Marketing Effectiveness - Integrated Campaign. The Communicator Awards is the leading international awards program recognizing big ideas in marketing and communications. Founded two decades ago, The Communicator Awards receives over 6,000 entries from companies and agencies of all sizes, making it one of the largest awards of its kind in the world.

    MOL Group received the Bronze Stevie® Award in the 11th Annual International Business Awards (IBA), the world’s premier business awards competition. MOL Group won the award in the category ‘reputation and brand management communication PR campaign’ for its UPPP program, a new E&P talent acquisition and development program for students and graduates in the field of geoscience and petroleum engineering.
